Description
This pre-stressed, concrete bridge has the longest span of 155 meters, which is also the longest high speed railway span in Europe. The bridge was constructed using cantilevered advances with cast in-situ segments.
Highlights
The new viaduct construction was commissioned after discovering significant damage to the structure of the existing bridge that seriously compromised the safety of its users.
