FCC completed construction of the new Real Madrid, Sports City in Valdebebas (Madrid).
Training facilities, 12 football fields, Alfredo Di Stéfano Stadium, twelve dedicated residents for student players and first team members were built.

The new complex has the most modern renewable energy facilities and accessibility features in all its facilities.
100% of the enabled spaces have direct natural light. There is a meteorological station in the Sports City that responds and controls the necessary ratios for the optimization of the irrigation and climate systems.
Highlights
- there is a 940 ml long service gallery.
- Of a total of 222,000 m2 of occupied area, 120,000 m2 are sports area, 60,000 m2 of landscaped area, 25,000 m2 of buildings and the rest of the infrastructure of access, distribution and bleachers.
