Design and Construction of the opening of Boulevard Diego de Holguín, Santa Tecla (section I)

The project involved the design and construction of section I of Boulevard Diego de Holguín - starting with the expansion of the highway ramp from the Pan-American Highway in the existing interchange to the intersection with Boulevard Merliot, (start of section II). This highway project spans approximately 5.05 km, with 3 lanes per direction of traffic with varying widths between 3.5 and 3.65 metres.
